I've never get on with the strictly IQ related files but....the rest of the files have me feeling sharper for a few days after. Maybe just the meditative quality gives my brain a rest which is good for it. I often feel much refreshed, creative and a new sense of ingenuity in whatever I am doing. That's my 2 cents.

Be careful with Google Translate.  I have been to South Korea on business many times.  I tried to use Google Translate for the Korean phrases I could not speak.  Needless to say, the sentence structure will be in the English format, which is commonly different than Asian languages.  So if you do Google Translate, then remember to restructure each sentence, so it makes sense for you.
