Hello everyone,
I discovered this forum by chance.
I have been cross-dressing for 2 years, rather wisely we will say but here for a few days I want more.
I don't want to be just a nice girl anymore.
So I started to do research without really what to look for ^^
And I ended up discovering Bambi Sleep and I must admit that I am very interested in it.
I haven't listened to any hypno file but it seems like the kind of thing I'm looking for.
There are extreme reactions in the positive and in the negative but it seems like an incredible experience to have.

I have not yet decided if I will try this experience but I am very interested in knowing more about it.
I saw that some people keep a diary of their experiences, I don't think I'm a serious enough girl for that if that's what you are talking about when you say "Please keep reporting on your experience" although i have nothing against the idea seems funny ^^

Keeping a diary is the simplest way of checking if you are affected in a long run. Hypno stuff does not always work like an instant magic, think of continuous brainwashing, when weird and definitely no-no, no way, NEVER! ideas at the beginning slowly become an annoying background, then a usual background, then "Ain't everybody doing that?"

Also, diary tells your SubConscious Mind (SCM), that you find something very important. For example, to progress in lucind dreaming you must keep a diary of your dreams.

You talk about lack of preparation and that it affected you a lot, that scares me a little.

In the hindsight, I think it propelled my AGP to a new level. At the time of the first listening, I did notice, that I could not understand what I was reading. That was ... new ...

Session 1:
I was anxious to start BS.
At first I fixed my attention on my breathing over and over again.
My body was heavy and I had ants everywhere.
I had several times where I was in a very large and empty part of my mind.
The voice that was far away at first and got clearer and louder.
At one point my mind was in a tunnel I couldn't feel my body anymore I was alone with the voice.
The ants were only in my hands.
Then there was a great moment when my mind started spinning extremely quickly, I let go and I felt so good my body was totally relaxed.
This moment was long enough.
Then I had another 1 or 2 moments in my deep mind.
