The stresses and pressures on your arms/wrists/shoulders must be intense - I suspect that (as in most bondage photo shoots) was a very short session before she was released.

It’s really the same tie, except that I added a one way ratchet to the top beam.
The process was very simple. You don’t need a chair eather. Also, it is best if you wear boots with heels.
So, after following the tie in the pictures, and your hands are still free, place the main rope in the ratchet, and lift yourself off the ground. The higher you get, the better. Then place your wrists into your handcuffs or rope coils and add your lock.
You’ll be helpless till your release kicks in or till your buddy lets you out.
Add toys to keep you buzzing and a healthy gag to keep you quiet .
To get out, lift yourself and hit the ratchet release and your free.
