I found a description on clips4sale, that short video seems to be a by-product:

I’m going to guess it’s the single rope on foot.
Everything else has multiple ropes so the single rope must be the painful rope.

Just my guess

That was also my first guess, but it's double, not single.

Double or single, it seems that is the only set of ropes that are different.
