My first impression too. Black pipes are usually cast iron or PVC, and cast iron should crack when that bending happens, leaving PVC as the most likely candidate. And man o man, that pipe looks like it would break if she struggled a bit, never mind any safety factors. Bondage looks nice though.

I would have preferred a pair of 2x4s.
As for the shelving, I wouldn’t trust those things for anything except to store pillows.
I like the actual bondage in this, but noticed that weird pipe too. I mean, BD is a professional producer, and they have many other suspension videos with proper looking structures, so why do they use that pipe + storage shelves-combination.
Reeeaally don't like that pipe, yield strength and all that. Or the model's unsupported head.
