Why they abuse anyone else with such a thing?

That's the difference between beliefs (if it's impossible to get adequate knowledge on the subject) and religions. Usually, religions are associated with quite aggressive egregors 😉 (let's put it in the most politically correct and obscured way).

Let's separate "no fap ideas" and "no fap movement":

This is what you stated about the movement:

But I think the movement is basically a congregation of:
- puritan religious zealots
- neo conservatives
- testosterone worshippers (body builders/gym addicts)
- achievement guru's

I do not like these 4 how they are described, so just by reading this, I "do not agree with them". But, this is your personal subjective opinion on that religion, which I did not spend much time to properly investigate. But when I stumbled upon their forum a couple of years ago, I did not want to get back to them (let's put it in the most politically correct way again).

So, while I do have my ideas, based on studying yoga and qigong materials, those ideas might not correlate with what the movement proposes, even if the actions (e.g. "no fap") are the same. BTW, the end result might be also different 😉

I voted according to the poll question: "No Fap, nonsense or valid concern? ". In my opinion, abstinence of masturbation is a valid concern. However, I do not agree with the options: "No fap is...", because while "no fap" is a valid concern, I might not agree with what the movement claims about the reasons.

That's why you see these polling results. It's all in how you formulate questions and "check-box" answers 😉

Look, the whole poll thing is of course a bit of a broad-stroke generalization - based on merely several youtube videos and the occasional google search result. 

So, feel free to suggest a third poll option for "other/reasons in your own words". 
Of course, there's a possibility that other people will still lump you together with the no fap movement EVEN IF, from your point of view and interpretation, your motivation is different.

Mmm.... how do I explain it.... I follow "my body" or "subconscious mind" (aka SCM). If "my body", my SCM make me to masturbate - I will. It feels like a compulsion - if you practice the, so called, "spontaneous qigong" or "free flow yoga", then you will understand. It can be compared with a hypnotic take over, when your body moves on its own. I do not masturbate otherwise. There was a period with no orgasm for 10 months - see the "Last orgasm" profile field (I did not update mine for a year).

Many of the people in the No Fap movement are also anti-LGBTQA people. I know some believe that masturbation leads to people thinking that way or going to that lifestyle. Some believe, in the No Fap movement, that Sissy Hypnos are there to produce more LGBTQA people. If you want I can re-find those links...
