Those people are often piggy back riders, who are in fact in it, to profess their underlying hidden agendas - and therein lies the ugly truth imo.

Sorry but no, imo they reek from a mile away.
To me it's see-and-forget; 

You know...for example the youtube algo throws these thumbnails at you and they scream phrases like "The true key to success in life" etc.
And when you click the video, you quickly realize they try to gaslight the viewer with a particular angle and then conveniently provide THE solution, such as:
"Wanna get rich? Quit porn, buy my course  and enjoy the bonus if you generate a referal"

Or guys who profess to have "scientifically proven" methodologies & ideologies to achieve better (mental) health and energy levels. All you need to do is stop fapping, joing their community ranking and help build this (patreon) community and you will be able to avoid becoming a weakling woke simp, because God disapproves of that. He wants you to be succesful in the image of true masculinity, all you gotta do is follow this program, sign up and pay here!".

I agree. There have been quite a bit written there that states the 'The LGBTQA groups want to create more like them'. Many No Fap'ers are very religious. Could this be the next 'Gay to straight counseling'?

On a personal note: 
Yeah, as known on this forum, I have a Lycra spandex fetish. 
The garments are center focus of that, it's what makes the fetish tick for me.

So as far as I'm concerned, I have NOT purchased all these Lycra spandex items to NOT induce sexual arousal - and for me, that means
it requires more than just wearing and looking at them. 
Ergo, to me these purchases are justified to a large degree by acting as the core fetish ingredient of masturbatory activity - doesn't mean I lose too much semen over it though.

Well, this thread isn't about yoga or qigong or in any supposed loss of energy in males or females.

It's about the context of the no fap movement. 
They even put extra emphasis on their website, advocating their cause to women. 
So the whole 'energy issue' of your reply to my Betty Dodson example is irrelevant .
The actual purpose according to the no fap website is battling the supposed female porn addiction.
Well, therapy to conquer that existed way before no fap movement, so that point is moot as well. 

The actual focus point I was trying to include with the Betty Dodson example, is as counter argument to no fap's 
efforts to combat female masturbation. 
Plenty youtube videos of women who - in context of no fap movement - have sworn off, "jilling off".
Logically, semen loss doesn't apply here, loss of enerrgy doesn't seem to apply here either. In most of those testimonials the reasons
these women state for abstinence of masturbation is often vague/ambiguous. It's seems moreso for mental/moral/religious reasons than physiological reasons.

So that's why I mentioned Betty Dodson, to illustrate that according to her, female masturbation actually helps, instead of it being stigmatized as being detrimental.

Male masturbation can also help, e.g. if the energy is stuck in swadhishthana. And if no proper work is done, masturbation is the only way to avoid problems.

Again, it's a complex subject...
