And those of us that are not quite so thin can wear our lycra out cycling.
Ok, the super athletic ones can wear the triathlon skin suits, but I have worn leotards with bike shorts & cycling top.
I've even done footed catsuit under cycle shorts & top. But you are restricted to black. Other colours stand out too much.

Standing out is cool. You shouldn't be afraid to venture into navy blue, charcoal even royal blue. BUT Many cycle clothing brands make shorts and jersey's in bright colors, even pink. When it comes to cycling, a guy can wear any bright colors without criticism. It's one of those sports that's exempt. 

If I were you and you have the budget, order a custom long sleeve or short sleeve with a mock neck, rear hidden zip entry with a 2-3" front zip, then wear only the leotard under bib shorts. It looks just like a jersey only perfectly tucked in without bulk.

Well then your mom overreacted quite a bit. You must have acted in some way or said something at some point to put her on the edge. She may have thought you were gay or wanted to be a transvestite, which most mothers react harshly to at first and thought she needed to set you straight.

Most men LOVE lingerie, looking at pictures of women wearing them and have an interest in what to buy their women. That is the basis for why Roy Raymound started Victoria Secret in the first place...so men could easily buy lingerie for their women.

Yes, she does. I openly wear shorts (any length) with pantyhose (mostly shiny tan). When I was a kid I wore hers and hid it, of course. But I'm not sure if she did not know about it.

Apparently other women bully women in

... in ... whatever they think "is not appropriate" for some (sometimes ridiculous) reasons. Skin coloured pantyhose? NO WAY! Leggings? Only for certain gyms! etc... You know, they call themselves "fashionistas". Rather fashionazis or fashidiots...

they don't know I'm a guy. 

Oh yeah... Guys are not allowed to wear swimming briefs anymore (e.g. in the UK, there was a cited article here somewhere in the forum), only swimming buggy shorts (yuck...)

I got mine here but it's sold out. Size is AL 36". for swimsuits I usually go 38" but the good leotards stretch really a lot.

This one is without sleeves so I'm wearing a long sleeve white leotard under it. As well as multiple shapeweare undies and my new full top silicone breasts, top it of with two pairs of tights and it was really to hot to do much.

The tights are some no-brand ones I got from AliExpress, must have been around 13€ incl. shipping. They are really good, search for "oil tights" or "oil pantyhose". They are quite strong and super smooth.
