What I noticed is that I stop sweating after about 30min. It's like the suit squeezes the excess water you accumulated under your skin, then everything is back to balance.

Usually I indulged in considerably warmer weather and took steps to keep fluid intake in balance as I am prone to heat stroke. As a result I did need to eliminate accumulated fluids. However, as you say, in a colder clime one generally sweats less (as in winter) as the body adjusts to retain heat as opposed to attempting to exhaust it as in Summer and the salt output is reduced in cold weather. Summer allowed more time outside whereas winter was not the time to run about outside in just a catsuit, just a wee tad cold even for me.
In case anybody is looking for an instructional video. The transparent latex starts at 3:50, and it includes some useful information on using the suit for "forced feminization."
