I always wear a fitness tracker, which monitors my sleep. And for the first time in many years, it showed different phases of real sleep, while I was listening to hypnosis! And I was NOT sleeping, I followed all the tasks and even moved the mouse.

As for the actual effects - Tom Tame does not do much with me. This file was about colour pink, and I aeady like it along with light blue. I aeady like cocks, and I can not get them anyway 😁 So, the file was pretty much useless for me.

TT is pretty unique... effective is always subjective. 

In case you are not familiar with them, there are a few A/V & topic similarities with Sleepyhead, Sleepydoll and Iplaywithdolls (which is the current iteration) creations. The A/V files are quite large.
