Under "effective" you mean only what you consciously noticed during the listening:

Effective meaning a few things; first is keeping my attention / interest to prevent boredom, second is I was able to relax well, third was increased arousal. The file as a whole hit the first two, the early overlapping whispers hit the third.

Or, is it arousing, what you think the result is?
The main result is simply that I was able to completely ignore the main track, thereby increasing my focus. A new counting script idea popped into my head as well.

Any other effects are basically a no go for me. Honestly, I'm not sure why this hobby still keeps my attention when the after effects are basically non-existent (that I can tell anyway)

*Channel 1 -- Channel 2*
Ninety -- T Minus 9 (audibly overlap the "Tee" of the "ty" from the higher numbers, and the "Tee" of the "T" from the countdown)
Eighty -- T Minus 8
... (fill in the rest of the pattern)
Twenty -- T Minus 2
Ninety -- T Minus 1 (we can see the numbers start to get out of sync, we loop through until right before they sync again)
Eighty -- T Minus 9
...
Twenty -- T Minus 3
Ninety -- T Minus 2
...
Twenty -- T Minus 1
Nineteen -- T nus 9 (here we slightly alter the word "minus" to get the "teen" to overlap with the "T N"us. This will cause another layer of de-sync, but since it will be whispers, it might not be consciously noticeable)
Eighteen -- T nus 8 (The "Teen" here is also hard to distinguish audibly from the "ty"s. Compare "ninety vs nineteen" when spoken they sound VERY similar
...
thirteen -- T nus 3
Twelve -- Twelve (both now sync and overlap here for a straight countdown from 12)
Eleven -- Eleven
..
Two -- Two
One -- One
Hundread -- Zero (overlapped together to break the sync and fracture the attention after a period perfect synchronization. )
*Two paths stand before your SCM, do you go to level 100, or level 0, do you awaken, or go deeper. If you do awaken which version do you awaken as, ie. which bubble do you stay within, and which do you allow to break off to transition to later?)

Why and how do you think this counting is supposed to work? I think I completely ignore it in files 😆 Or take it as a random noise.
There is a LOT of counting in induction files from a LOT of different tists. Walking down stairs, using an elevator, or even just building anticipation before the initial sleep command.

How many times do you have to hear something together before you mind associates them together as one? Isnt that the whole underlying concept behind triggers? The bambi uniform? Trance itself?

As far as the countdown itself goes, its a looped countdown that never quite has the payoff until the end. This would naturally build up anticipation / excitement / arousal.

It starts off syncronized, splits and fractures into discordance, before resyncing into perfect harmony right before a violent and sudden fracture along with the payoff, all underlying a trigger command from the main track.

A countdown is something everyone can understand, and it seems like largely unexplored design space.

Files and triggers largely dont work for me, my only other option is to try and ride the wave and get lost in the flow.

Kinda "confusing" or "overload" technique? E.g. SB uses a "word salad".

Exactly. The overlapping word salad of SB was the style I've found most effective.

Focusing on trying to make out what the suggestions could be through the overlap / whispers, while holding the various scripts separate, spacially within mental space, prevents the whole exercise from collapsing.
