from the kokoro TTS software this voice is called american english af nicole. I really like it too.
here is the audio attempt.  I don't think it quite worked the way I wanted it to.  I'm going to sleep on it.

Ill give it some thought as well. It might be best if the script itself is rather bland and boring, the complexity will come when it is underlayed in future files.

A simple countdown with breathing and breath sounds happening in between the numbers. Maybe as you get closer to 0 the breaths out sound more "breathy" with soft moans.

Treat these as subliminal deepener / awakener tracks, that just constantly play underneath your real script. Even if the listener follows the wakeup track during the deepest part of what you want the main script being. This will simply be the listeners SCM deciding to fractionate against the script instead of playing along with the script (the SCMs way of teasing the CM, the CM will just have to wait for the next loop for release). [This is the rationale I use when a trigger fails, "the trigger didnt fail, my SCM has simply decided to tease me instead".]

Overall, think of the sub tracks as a metronome for the actual script, not a feature, but a foundation. (The things the CM ignore, becomes the toys the SCM plays with)

This "counting file" would simply be a training file for the tracks that will be half subliminal in future files. Even without a full training script, the context clues of a coundown with breathy sounds getting more relaxed and 'pleased' could be all thats required for the SCM.

TLDR. Focus on creating a file that is just numbered breathing with sound effects. Then use it as a subliminal track under your other files.

The scripts are overlayed quite nicely. I'm able to focus on a particular track, and get completely lost as well.

I do think the file is missing the 'loop' aspect I was trying to get across.
Ideally the script could be perfectly loopable, but on each loop there would be differences in which track had the stronger emphasis of focus. Essentially you want your 'focus' to be able to continually make a figure 8's or ∞'s, as if you were using your eyes to 'follow' the focus of the file within your mind. Right now you have the one side doing the higher count loop, but not the lower count loop (and vice versa).

Whatever the idea, I like the result. I was listening to it as a background loop - while I was not dropped in trance (recently no files can do that, for some reason, even the old ones which used to work), I still have a good feeling.
. . .
Aha, 4Hz binaurals still work....

solid idea. I'll see if I can work that into my fourth file I'm working on.

yeah, I will extend the loop by switching the left and right audios and post another draft.  I should have something by tomorrow morning.

edit, here is another version that isn't quite the same but similar.  I tried to see if less is more.

4Hz binaurals were in my old compilation file: https://www.likera.com/forum/mybb/Thread...7#pid32297

Binaurals do deserve to be investigated properly.
