Two days running sea swimming in tights under my swimming trunks to keep my legs warm, it works by the way. Walking home from beach (about half a mile) with plenty of people about, tights still on, and without any over trousers. First time my wife has not yelped at me wearing tights openly in public.

No repeat likely for a few days as the weather has broken. However, a new norm’ established.

We have been together 39 years and married for 37. I began wearing nylons for fetish reasons, which she passively, accepted in private. I found over time that socks hurt my ankles and have adapted to tights as underdressing 100% except for times when I would have to show. Tights under shorts had been an issue, on long car journeys I wear support tights and shorts but when taking breaks she has insisted on my changing in/out of long trousers. This swimming in toeless tights under my bathing trunks then wearing them openly home is a break through. It was particularly good on the 2nd day as there were far more people about when I did it.

Actually, I envy you in a good sense! Last time I was swimming in pantyhose and swimming trunks or a one-piece swimsuit was 2 years ago.
