Just made latex panties and am wearing'em right now. I would prefer to have a bit more room, but they fit 😉 No lubricant used. Very tight.
As with most very tight garment made out of thin latex, they tend to roll down and dig into the skin. It would be very interesting to try other swim cap designs. And, of course, silicone.
So much fun for 1.5EUR! Took them off only a couple of hours ago. The best design would be "strings". Thus you can pull the panties up higher and that will leave some rubber to cover the bulge ;-P
Why didn't I discover this method when I was a kid????!!!!!
