Not all swim caps are created equal - a zoggs cap similar to the one in your pictures worked well, producing an exquisitely tight garment. Speedo silicone caps split under the strain 😉

Thanks for confirming my suspicions! Going to Decathlon tomorrow, will buy a couple of latex caps.
