Completed 5 nights of listening to sleepydoll/head videos. The aim was to listen to the files on consecutive nights. The playlist ran about 1.5 hours and typically played twice.  We usually listen very early in the morning or at bedtime if our partner is sleeping.

We didn't obsess over being awake, but 3 of the 5 days found us conscious through the entire sessions.  On one of the other two nights the files played the entire evening with us being aware of the long induction followed by the sleep loop, then nothing and waking with the sun up and the last file just completing.

This effort was part of comparing different artists over Samantha's recommendation to listen to a file for five days straight.

We will be seeing what other effects we notice after stopping dedicated listening and well add any additional comments if they are worthy of sharing.

We basically find the audios to suit our tastes in terms of gentle tone, trigger setting focus, and moderate kink (aside from feminisation and entraining obedience).  

Having grown up with the Bambi files when they first appeared, we find these files a refreshing alternative with a more wholesome? vibe - but maybe digestible is a better word.

Getting solid reactions from the limited set of triggers. Even improved our response to the BS GG trigger with some clever anchoring work.

An interesting contrast with BS is the post trance 'afterglow'.  With BS the emergence of that persona would often cause anxiety/confusion with some struggle to maintain focus.

Since so much of trance affinity depends on one's personal tastes, wishes and fantasies, we find Sleepyhead audios to be superior to the original BS files for us.

For example, we find we are aware of the trance state 'waiting' while we're completing other tasks. When taking a break, we can 'invite in' the trance level anchored the night before to dispense with whatever mental flotsam that's circulating in the moment.  And while there's certainly a focus on 'providing service' there's much less of a preoccupation sexual imagery. This suits our particular taste at the moment - but we can still appreciate files with densely packed perversions.

We've enjoyed the files so much we're going to spend the rest of this week exploring looping some of the files.  The sleep loop in particular, and we've found the Acceptance, Submission and Obedience loops quite impactful.

We would definitely recommend these files for those who are pursuing the bliss of the trance state, feminisation (and comfort/acceptance with the process of opening that part of the psyche) along with the setting a couple of new triggers and deepening some existing ones.

Following up on the balance of the week with sleepyhead audios.  We rearranged the playlist and added a new file and deleted a couple from the original list.  We've been listening to this playlist since the last post.

We're finding it to be increasingly comfortable listening.  So comfortable, it played all last evening and was quite relaxing in those times we did awaken. We felt no need to end the looping and just drifted and slept the entire evening.  Wonderful.
