Update:

Cleaned up the file I had.  Tripwire was excellent.  Mistress Carol is excellent.  I listened 9 times to trip wire over 10 days.

We can create a separate thread for memory changing methods.

First of all, I had most success by taking an existing memory, twisting it, and then replaying it as if the new version had happened. A completely new memory without the attachment points is very hard to make stick.

Second, the new memory needs to be something that evokes intense emotions, especially if it gets you horny. A bland event won't really stick or replace an intense original.

Third, you need to practice it often, 15-30 minutes at a time: recall the surrounding memory, replay the updated version, think back of it as the correct version, and remind yourself to be happy that it happened that way.

At least that's what worked for me so far...
