Ok, the video I just looked at, I would not use around any limb on my body.
The reason is that it’s a slip knot and will tighten to the point that it will cut off the blood flow to parts of your body.

Just to let you know.

Now, as a cinch noose, that’s different.

Accidently discovered a way to use an everyday household appliance as part of a delayed release for keys.

Step 1 - Place keys to your padlocks, chastity cage, etc in zipped pocket of trousers 'to keep them safe'

Step 2 - Dress in your chosen clothing, lock cuffs around ankles/wrists/collar to taste

Step 3 - Do domestic chores, cleaning, washing etc, as a part the build-up to your 'scene'

Step 4 - Retreat to quiet corner of your home and padlock ankles, wrists, etc together, planning to hop/crawl/ struggle through various rooms and down stairs to retrieve the keys

Step 5 - Get to the location where keys should be, but aren't!  🤔  

Step 6 - Suddenly realise that the trousers with the keys in the pocket are tumbling around in the washing machine!

Step 7 - Struggle back into the garage where the washing machine is, only to discover that it's still got nearly 2hours of the cycle left and the door can't be opening due to washing machine door lock system!

Step 8 - Wait........................... 


As I say, accidently discovered, but a rather exciting way to spice up your life next time you load the washing machine.

I've seen lock boxes used, and I have bought this one: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DdqMeCR

It arrived today and it looks promising. It's a lot smaller than those kitchen lock boxes, as it's sized for a pack of cigarettes, so ideal for keys and to take it on the go. Cons: no beep or anything when it unlocks and the display is not always on so you'll have to shake it to see the time left. While unlocking it does make a mechanical noise, but it's easy to miss.
