I should imagine that the inside is in need of a very thorough clean and sterilisation... just imagine all the litres of sweat that must have gathered in the latex bag!

Possibly not a single one - just one awkward attempt to get in. Who knows... But yes, I would chlorinate to both clean and make it silky.

How soft or hard  is it ?  What is inside ? Sponge ?  What about cleaning after usage ?
