I would say no. Because.....
The banana could and it can brake in the throat.
And if you can't remove it, you Can die.

No I think they are the same diameter.
Since mine arrived I've been looking around and seen that there are definitely at least 2 different sizes.
But the listings often don't say what the length is...
And I assumed they were all the same... and the photos of the gag are often blurred out so it makes it quite hard to judge.

I purchased one of these from AliExpress a few months ago, and the only option that I was able to see at the time was the smaller gag. Wish it were the larger one though....   😊
