When I came back recently, SB recommended I listen to the seduced to serve series.

There is few very good training programs, focusing on different things. Seduced to serve is great, Compliance is great although there are some things that make it a no go for me, Brainwash 01-03 are also great. After you do those series you can basically just pick your poison for the results you want to achieve. Most triggers used are used across files so it's up kind of up to you on what you want to achieve.
Id put the two most important files as "leading lady" and "porn star loop"

Leading lady is about training you to focus your attention on woman to imagine what they are feeling (so you can mimic)

Porn star loop is about training your focus on men to imagine what they are feeling (so you can serve better)

Both together provide a base for freely swapping perspectives and sensations between masculine (blue) and feminine (pink).

Ok thanks to you (and the other commenters) for the suggestions!
New video just dropped! Haven't checked it out yet, but I'll report back later 😊

Oh wow. I started transitioning in 2023 and stopped coming here as much after hrt killed my libido, but thankfully it has returned and this video completely reignited my feelings of submission to Samantha.  💓

Which one? Blank out?

Wow, congratulations! Any changes besides libido?

Welcome back! 😉
so there's two new things I've noticed since trancing a lot more again:

1) I exclusively masturbate by riding a dildo now. I haven't orgasmed without riding a dildo for a bit. I didn't realize it until this week, but it's a shift in my masturbation habits that kind of went unnoticed.
2) When I'm in trance, I don't really feel in control...like I'm passively observing how I feel and that's it. It's something I haven't felt before.

For context: I've just been listening to Blank Out, Hair Trigger, all the YT videos, and the Seduced to Serve series.

Thanks!

Yep, Blank Out was the video I was referring to. It was good.

In terms of transitional changes? Yes, tons of changes.

  1. My sense of smell improved massively. Apparently Estrogen helps the soft tissues in your sinuses and can help improve sense of smell.
  2. Libido decreased, but has come back in a much different way. Instead of being a visceral "urge" it is more like a sensation that I can either follow or leave well enough alone.
  3. My hair softened, body fat has redistributed, and overall my appearance has slowly become more feminine and soft.
  4. Emotions are "stronger" but not as long lasting as before. Whereas I used to just have a mild, blunt, low-hanging cloud over me most days, now I can experience emotions in "full HD" instead. So I still have bad days, just as I have good days, but things are much more in balance now than before, at least for me.
  5. I was able to cry again.
  6. Orgasms feel 10x better than before. Truly toe-curling at times.
  7. My skin cleared up, and got smoother and softer. Same with my hair. Less oil in general.
  8. Overall, my brain has become more "calm" whereas before it was in a constant state of hyperarousal or hypervigilence.

In terms of other things? My life has gotten tremendously better--though that isn't necessarily a matter of the hrt. I've met countless wonderful people through this adventure, I'm closer with my family now than ever before, and I happened to stumble across something I can spend my time pursuing for a sense of greater purpose (outside of transition, hrt, etc.-- it opened up doors I didn't realize existed, and brought yet even more fantastic people into my life). It's worth mentioning, finally, that I don't strictly see myself as a trans woman, more as a nonbinary transfeminine person. Binary genders and identities have never sat well or been comfortable for me, and I appreciate the ability to have layers and nuance as a person--which extends to my gender just as much as anywhere else.
