It's not difficult. I just don't have any interest in hypnos other than that. Maybe increase good feelings or something like that, but I'm not interested in developing a tulpa or much erotic hypnosis.

Another simple idea - all individual hairs should disappear from the body and face and appear on the scalp and in brows/eyelashes (with a twist, of course). I checked some research papers on alopecia (areata or universalis) and using hypnosis to cure it - it works, provided it caused by psychosomatics. Another one. Make the listener wear pantyhose with a tight water-polo swimsuit or leotard with a zip. As soon and the suit is zipped up, the zip disappears for the listener. For me, what I truly want is so oddly specific (being made to be like this one chick I used to see in passing) that it wouldn’t be something necessarily a wide audience would want , and I’d never be able to afford a custom file by anybody good. So it’s like why waste my time going into specifics. So I’m trying to learn so I can make my own for myself.
