However, I will tell you what DID work for me - because, I used to have ZERO erotic nipple feelings - that is, until;
I started experimenting with dripping hot candle wax on my nipples.
Obviously it was a bit painful at first, leaving me with sore nipples after rubbing off the hardened wax.
But after persisting these experiments for a month or two at a less-than-intensive rate, I did indeed gain a gigantic amount of erotic nipple sensitivity.
Especially combined with my main Lycra swimsuit fetish, stroking my Lycra covered nipples really works.
I can't quite reach a pure nipple orgasm, but if I work both my nipples with both hands it just takes
a bit of hip gyrating movement in the swimsuit to trigger intense orgasm.

Yeah, concept of gain by means of a bit of pain. lol.
But indeed, I really had non-erotic nipples before.
Trying out different methods from one extreme end of the spectrum (baby oil) to the other (metal clamps for canvas paintings)
resulted in either zero arousal or dangerously sore nipples (with the risk of bleeding) respectively.
The candle wax method worked however, and the positive effects have remained ever since (about 15 - 20 years ago).
But yeah.... I realize this might be subjective and your mileage may vary.....

What are people's thoughts on K31's chronic nipple orgasm file?
