These days I use more loops around the wrists and only two or three to cinch. You can also pull out more slack during the wrist looping than what I do in the video. Give it a few practice runs with your hands in front to see how tight you like it. Trust me, when done right there is no way out without unlocking the padlock.
I have covered the knot with a few layers of pvc tape so that escape route is closed too. A few drops of glue on the knot will do the same. I have my favourite rope loop that's just the right length 😋
First time I've seen that format, but it opens nicely in VLC.
