i think it's the colors and the slightly off position of the manipulated face. The original looks much better...

Interesting, the points of attention are in different places. In my case, it's the face on the B&W photo, and thighs on the colour one.

Intriguing image

- I'm assuming the idea is that the gloves are laced onto someone and the 'stave' in each nail makes it impossible to flex the fingers. A kind of 'secret bondage' ?
