One of my favourite ways of enjoying super intense self-bondage is to trap myself inside a plastic bag and add a vacuum cleaner to the mix, oh what fun it can be….

70den closed crotch nylon bodysuit with sheath
20den sheer pantyhose

The session:
My first morning home alone and I determined to make the most of the day. After finishing the domestic chores (exercise and feed animals, do washing, shower, check mail, check email, surf the internet, etc.) I was in the mood for some more serious self-bondage fun. Out came the big plastic bag for repair and safety checks (I’m not dying for self-bondage), a chair and various other fun items.
I like my vacuum bondage to include as much encasement as I can manage, so after slipping in the mandatory butt-plug, I quickly dressed in my favourite nylon bodysuit, a shiny pair of pantyhose, my black Lycra body and high heeled boots. As always I’ve added my ear plugs to deaden any noise (nice isolation feeling) and prevent any risk of injury to my ear-drums.
The gag - as part of my bondage I always add a gag, but for vacuum sessions it is quite special. I use a home-made penis gag, which is held in place by many strips of duct tape so that it is sealed into my mouth.
I use a small sharp knife to make a hole through the duct tape and into the hollow ‘breather’ – this is very important for later! I also pull old, laddered, two knee-highs over my head and align the holes in them to my breather; this gets me closer to the 100% encasement I love with only that small gap around my neck and my hands uncovered… for now.
The set-up – the chair is inside the plastic bag, on top of a towel to protect it from both the chair legs and my spiked heels. I’ve filled the gap between the chair legs with cushions to prevent the bag ‘bursting’ inwards when the vacuum is applied (it has in the past). I’ve also added a post to the back of the chair – the intention is that my head will be held upright as the vacuum pulls the bag tight around my head and the post. The vacuum cleaner is connected and on the timer.
The first cycle (15mins away) runs for 1min only so if anything goes wrong I’m not stuck for too long (or worse) the second cycle is the import one. It starts 5mins after the first ends and then runs for 5mins (the longest I’d dare run the cleaner for) before ending my session.
Getting into the bag – I’ve set everything up, the timer is counting down, and now a carefully step inside the bag.
Inside my Lycra body are 4 more knee-highs and my wrist coils of rope, around my wrist is an elastic band for sealing the bag when I’m inside.
Sealing my fate – I close the open end of the bag, but ONLY after ensuring the breather pipe through the bag is connected to the breather hole in my gag.
This is a very tight connection to ensure it isn’t accidently pulled out and also to improve the overall seal inside my plastic prison.
The neck of the bag is sealed with the elastic band and I’m ready to go.
Waiting – I have no idea how much time is left before the vacuum will start, but I quickly complete my preparations.
2 knee-highs are pulled over each of my hands and arms, up beyond my elbows, now my skin is almost 100% encased in nylon.
Oh my! – The vacuum is applied and very quickly I’m smothered in a rapidly shrinking cocoon of tight, oh so tight, plastic.
The first minute is intense but I can feel a cool draught past my face which tells me the seal is leaking (again!).
In the 5mins between cycles I quickly re-make the seal and slip the rope coils around my wrists, behind the chair and twist them tight.
The second cycle is much more intense and though the seal is still not 100% (trust me the difference that makes is utterly incredible)
I am as helpless as I’ve ever felt for the full 5 minutes of my vacuum cycle, if you flick between these two photos that is all the movement I could make.
Even though I felt I was trapped for ages the 5mins is over too soon – I confess to playing again before finally ending my vacuum fun, so please excuse any changes in the gag (I re-gagged myself with a different tape) and understand the pictures are a 'best off' selection.
What went well?
The chair – I love the added restriction that being vacuumed ‘to’ brings to my sessions. Using the pole to hold my head upright was a success, though maybe need a bit more work to become even better!

What could be improved?
Number 1 has to be the seal – too often it fails or partially fails and I feel cheated at not getting the full effect of my vacuum self-bondage. There must be an easier and more reliable method of sealing the open neck of the bag.
The timing – I am in a bit of a dilemma here; the only sure way of releasing the vacuum that I can find is to use the vacuum cleaner on a timer, but I don’t trust the cleaner to run safely under the load of a full vacuum (much more than simply using it for cleaning the house) for much more than 5mins (if you recall I have had 3 cleaners burn out, with smoke and flames, in ‘normal’ use, so you will understand my nervousness)
A latex hood – I want a clear latex hood with a gag with breather pipe (maybe with an inflatable gag?) , the very thought of using this in my session causes arousal, but I’ve never seen such a thing – there are black/red ones about, however I need to see what I’m doing but at the same time have the encasement I desire.
