I bought it and I like it a lot. The crotch opening is great for chastity cages. The best fit is to put on the chastity cage, (make sure it has no sharp edges or optionally put on male thongs over it), then male pantyhose with front pouch, then this leotard with open crotch. It will make the bulge very prominent without pressing on it, while keeping the pantyhose from sliding down.

The crotch opening goes a bit higher at the back (according to Ali images), but except for the crotch opening, there's no front/back difference. There's nothing preventing wearing it backwards, and it's more appropriate for men that way.
