Russia is used to be a paradise for short skirts, pantyhose (mostly horrible colours, though), very high heels (still used a lot!) and generally "overdone" clothes. And yes, make up. Definitely.

I've heard that China is a pantyhose heaven. If you are a fan of pantyhosed girls on bikes, apparently this is the place to go. Though, if the weather and time of the day are right, Holland can be pretty very fetishy in this sense ;P
