Longest time in bondage and abs-trainer for self-bondage

Sleeping bound is nice ( mind you I never dream bound if sleeping that way ). Love waking up in the morning and finding I'm still in my straight jacket. I'm trying to work my way up to a full night hooded in the sleep sack.
Does anyone else have trouble keeping an even temperature when bound overnight ?

I can sleep bound (not fixated, just hands bound together and feet bound together, so I can roll around) or feet tied spreadeagled and hands free.
I can sleep in my tight spandex sleepsack.
I cannot sleep hooded/masked/....
I never had problems with temperature.
