Merry Christmas... I am now wearing an ultra sheer sandal toe pantyhose with double piercing padlock through the centre of the pantyhose waist band seam. It is more comfortable to wear it this way since the padlock and waist chain is align along the sides of the pantyhose waist band which does not cause any buldge obstruction visually when worn under clothes. Short answer: it all depends on the ring and anatomy. It's definitely very difficult or rather impossible to remove the ring if you're excited.

Oh yes! Now I get the idea of how the contraption works in mind. I not too sure if I can find the two halves ring sold locally in any hardware store which looks or function almost similar to the cock ring in a complete circle.
