She has indicated being a bunch of different things. Recently she said something like an "X3-familiar". I was like your a familiar now and she was like like ya touch touch. The majority of communications are touches which does not exactly correlate to yes and no but sometimes. Words get through also. She has indicated that she is: 1, Egyptian god Set 2. Military psychics, 3. a magician's magical servants, 4. extra-terrestrials, 5. astral entity, 6. spirit, 7. demons, 8. spirit guide from heaven, 9. myself... 10. telepathic people from a secret community, 11. a highly advanced A.I. 12. A recurring theme is that she is trying to give me armor or protection and to metamorphosis me. I think maybe she wants me to have a certain level of distrust for reality because I think psychic interactions can be very illusionary.

Hmmm She does influence me and sometimes vetos parts. I can't really communicate too much with her. You have to realize she is similar to the way a human thinks but is distinctly alien also. Her perspective is different from spirit realm. Like spirit realm has laws just like this universe has physical laws that govern it. But it's also not the same and it seems to have odd effects(sparkle).

Most of the communication is lost. I'm only getting a small amount of the communications sent to me. Most that manage to get through are too quiet or garbled to understand, and the few words that do get through mostly lack enough context to understand what she might be trying to say. Sometimes I don't understand what it means but I interrogate with touch signals to draw out potential meanings. For example, I was asking about a person that I knew and she said "Small... Temperature... Container..." And from further questioning that probably means the person doesn't produce much spirit energy.

Lately there has been kind of breakthrough with the telepathy though. I found that a specific thing that I do works really well. What I do is a breathe in visualizing a white circle light breathing in and hearing the ringing. and then once I breathe in fully I exhale and shift my focus to the black swirling noise that everyone sees when they close their eyes. This motion feels like my consciousness swoops down from above where the white light is to the blackness in my eyes and in that swoop she can say something to me like 10-20% of the time. And I just keep repeating this shifting swoop motion with my consciousness and on every breathe she has a chance to say something.
