I think it depends on your browser. Have you tried clicking
file and
save page as? I would check with another browser and see if you can download it that way. For me it lets me download the file using firefox.

I think it depends on your browser. Have you tried clicking file and save page as? I would check with another browser and see if you can download it that way. For me it lets me download the file using firefox.
