Not sure if this is an "enhancer", but it works really well for me especially with older voice only TTS files (Catgirl, MsJ...) to take the harsh edge off them: you can run another track at a lower volume in the background with sounds you enjoy. I usually like clips with rain, running water, ocean waves etc. (there are thousands of imaginable & unimaginable different white noise files on youtube). I even use this for some more modern TTS/AI/Human voiced files which have their own moderate/peaceful background tracks (like NinaTemptress) & which don't have the same harshness of earlier TTS files. Causes me to trance much faster (shuts down internal monologues perhaps?).
Keep in mind, these fairly common sounds may cause your mind to associate them with what you are listening to in the files if you use them together often..... So for instance, if you like beach holidays & don't hear the ocean otherwise often, Ocean Waves + Arousal/HFO/PreJac type files might not be the best combination.
A couple of random examples (just for the sounds in the background, not the visuals):

For those of you looking to find a shorter version of the above, I created some base files (Stream, Surf, Rain) and then some "modules" that match up with the end of the main file. This way you can create any length you need by adding the 3 min modules. Audacity works great, but even just putting multiple files one after another in your playlist will give you decent results.
The Stream is an exact match, but the Surf and Rain did not appear to have a repeat pattern, so I got it as close as possible with the time available.
