How long? Don't you get bored?
I usually tie myself from the back of the waist to the anchor point and hands to the front of the waist, but loose, so I can use my phone/tablet while standing.

Give the strain on my feet there was a lot to focus on. Was only in it for around 10 min. I planned for it to be quick.

I can't even half stand in such heels, let alone fully stand for 10 min 😁 Nice one!

Same for me.

I did a very quick session standing in my 4inch heels last year; legs slightly spread and held there by a short spreader bar. It was super intense and my legs where trembling almost before I'd finished tying my wrists - I didn't last anything like 10 minutes!

But it was fun!

Dare I try it in my 5inch heels and for longer?

I'd like to practise just walking around for a while in those heels before even attempting such a thing!

I used to have a pair of Ballet Thigh high boots... I could stand up in them in leant against a wall...was able to take the odd ...step again with wall assistance... but freestanding was totally out of the question!!
and 10 minutes was probably unlikely... and as I dont have them any more.. ill never know

I was able to focus putting my weight in the the heel rather than the toes. The moment all your weight hits your toes your out. Also helps that I have thick legs and slightly thinner top. Was actually surprised by how β€œeasy” it was. I expect to be cramped and out with in a minute and vibrators blasting at full. Any recommendations for future sessions.

That sort of defeats the object of the session for me, I'm tied up with my ankles fastened to a spreader bar, a magic wand tied between my legs, under a skirt, heels in place, gagged and cuffed, often blindfolded and hooded and either my arms fastened to a strap held at the top of a door or my over the head ballgag is hooked onto the strap at the top of the door with my hands tied behind me. An mp3 player blasting out tunes into my earplugs and often plugged as well so when the wand timer kicks in...

The whole object is that I am being punished or held captive until the wand timer has run it's course, up to ten time periods...

It is possible, to keep standing all tied up in high heels. I have been tied, arms tied, standing in 13cm stiletto boots for about an hour. And once in more chunky 12cm heels, tot an hour, but with a wide spreaderbar. Training is everything πŸ˜‰
