I have made some pretty impressive floggers, over the years.  But, I can't say that I have ever made one that long.  My wrist hurts just thinking about trying to keep all of those tails flying in formation.  Interesting design though---the first section appears to be braided, like a cat-o-nine, with the tails loose, after that.
