I like the way that the ankle-thigh ropes are held in place by the high heels.
I have got to try that idea.

Took me a while to figure out that one. Wrapping the cinch tie around the heel prevents the ropes from sliding towards the knees. It also keeps the foot more pointed since the heel is being pulled back. Just another reason to wear heels during bondage!
