Inspired by Kevin S Walsh.

I've broken the zip on my Daphne dress, damn that lockdown weight gain! Both should be fixable though.

Yeah, bimbos do no appeal to me too. What makes finding someone with both brain and similar fetishes extremely difficult 😂

So sad ?. Same thing happened to my favorite pencil skirt, but I'm too scared of replacing the zipper because I have zero sewing skills.

Sorry to hear that. You don't need a machine to sew, just do it by hand. It's really not that hard. The first zipper I ever sewed was a full length double zipper for a baltogs hooded unitard. I had zero experience and it's still well attached.

I can try to help guide you if you want to attempt it.

That's so nice of you. 😊
I guess I'll need to replace the entire thing, because some of the teeth from the very bottom broke down. The annoying part is that I can still zip it up, but those missing teeth create a chain reaction that open the entire zipper up.

Take a needle and thread and stitch across the broken area many times to change where the zipper bottoms out.  This is a common method to repair such an issue.  Let me know if you don't understand what I mean and I will find or make a picture of what I mean.
You can get a baggie of replacement zip sliders (they clip on) from Ebay Aliexpress for a few pence . Sew over the damaged section and snap one on above it, job's a good 'un.
With rubber you can cut the fabric of the zip back to the latex and glue a new one in. Not as pretty but it works.
