So I have this idea of wearing my chastity device along with my cum through urethral plug.
Then connecting that tube to a device in my ass (details below). Then a tube from that device into my mouth through a ball gag.

Also attach a magic wand to chastity and turn it on to vibrate. Lay down and padlock my arms and legs so I can't move and have the key in a timed lock box.

Device in ass options:
1. Have seen some models which can 3d print and it's a butt plug with a few tubes hollowed out through it. So could connect plastic tube from penis to it and plastic tube from mouth to it.

2. Used my hollow butt plug and 3d print a plug which would go inside this to stop any leaking and include two holes to push the plastic through and Into as at different heights to suit.

Scenario:
I would drink a lot beforehand and then get all setup and ready with key in lock box and timer on for say 1 hour.
Then turn on vibrator on chastity, lay down and lock my hands and feet in.
I would then after a while cum which would flow into the tube but probably would reach my ass.

Seems like the scenario would be possible, however, I'm not sure the cum would reach your ass when you orgasm.  It wouldn't matter, though, because when you urinate, it definitely would then.

Definitely need a one way valve from chastity to plug otherwise the butt pressure may force all kinds of germs back into your bladder leading to a probable UTI!!

I have an idea which is based loosely off of yours. Have a large bell siphon above you filled nearly to activation with pee and with a thin line feeding it that comes from your cage. When you pee your pee activates the bell siphon.

When activated piss flows down a channel which splits in two. Half to ass and half to mouth, filling both ends with piss at the same time.

Sounds like fun. But as a tinker, the following is more plausible.
An internal catheter with a balloon is inserted and locked in your bladder. Your pee will flow into a collection bag where a pump will force the collected pee into your rear through a one-way valve. Your anal plug will need to be a dual balloon type so it can be locked in your rear.
From your rear, you will now need a pressure valve or pop-off valve set to open when your body decides it has enough and forces your pee/poo mix past the pop-off valve, up the tube an into your mouth.

Thusly, fulfilling your fantasy.

Of course, you will be tied down, unable to move or escape.
