I built chastity belts for about a month while I was with Tollyboy in Sheffield.
In 1999. Richard Davis I believed.
Yes, a custom-made stainless steel with rubber edging, penis tube and locking device.

The way we measured was to use a 1.5 inch stiff leather belt and place it around your waist, just above your hip bone and tighten it so that you can’t slip it over your hips. That’s your waist size. From there, we would then measure the distance from the top of the leather belt, down between the legs to the anus. Then back to the leather belt behind the back.

With those measurements, we made male belts, female belts and Shemale belts as well. Cost ??? Try $800 to $1,000 per belt.

I still have a set of parts and drawings and I think I still have the front shield drawing in full size or pattern.

Aaaaand you are right! Either the catheter is too short, or the cage is too long. The result is - my penis is falling out of the cage 😆 So, not for growers.

I thought it was time I was a little more serious so a new toy arrived this morning.
   

Here it is compared to my old CB6000s plastic chastity, which I’ve thought for a while was way too large. My new one is actually quite comfortable now I’ve shortened the catheter by half, it was eye-watering when I tried to put it on it straight out of the box. Comfortable enough in fact I think a flat version is next on the wish list. It feels very satisfyingly heavy and secure, and the integral barrel lock us a huge improvement over a padlock, though is is a bit fiddly.
   

Here it worn with some sheerish Gatta gloss tights, I need to try it under rubber next.

Try to find the "Negative -10mm" version. I have both -5 and -10. Currently, use only the -10 one. It's invisible under clothes.
Please note: "-10mm", not "10mm".

Are those negative types inescapable for circumsized ?
