Ah.  Thankfully I was - and the more you use the canals the easier / less painful it gets (moving them isn't painful per se, just pressure in that area at first.  Like so many others I just lost my job.  Certainly reprioritizes with urgency.  

Only addition to the japanese tuck method I would add, is that the original hushed-tone verboten file (pic, pdf, etc - don't recall now) had some japanese writing, but outlined how to hold and fold and then CA the steps - think fufu without the clip.
