Yes as in I am unsure if this is following the original plan exactly. I am even unsure if I could follow it perfectly, as it basically was listening to the loops 24/7.

I got the files but not the notes as the website had all those. Can't get them off the Internet Achive either. So going form some old emails and my memory. 

My plan is to start a loop while I sleep and then lower the volume, and in times where I am able listen more. The first audio should be listened to for some time, I think perhaps two weeks straight before moving to the second file and interrupting it's looping to have the first one in the list to help reinforce it. Two more weeks of that, and move onto the third and then the fourth until several lops are done continuing with all of them until eventually you move onto the listen primarily to Summoned, only slowing down when "you will know when."

At that point I think the implication is, you'll be told what to do by the summoned entity moving forward. 

Yeah, wild, but I've never seen this particular one done before so I am really interested.

I feel a bit weird because I'd like to add some of my other training ideas but I can't tell if that goes against the "spirit" of the challenge, hence why I am saying I might modify it. I don't know yet. Will update when I do lol

I am considering doing a modified version of this, and journaling the experience here. I would be including a few more things to help break up the monotony a little bit, such as some of Lilith Unleashed's files. However, the monotony is part of the training. This is less overt hypnosis in most parts, and more force-fed brainwashing.

What I will do is leave these files as is and only use them unmodified. I'll out out a breakdown of the training program, as best as I can rember it, and as best as I can stick with it, here soon. But yes the files won't be changed.

To clarify, technically, skipping Whole would skip the entire section of anal training.

Would you mind sharing which of Lilith's files you're mixing in? We're Trigger Tier on her Patreon and like Charlotte her voice and pacing is rarely equalled.

Just checked these out because of this thread. Very good stuff, i have been avidly listening to LillithUnleashed so its always nice to find another tist with such a lovely voice.

I'll be following your journey! I'm probably going to try this out too, Summoned has extremely similar phrasing and conditions to the infamous "curse female takeover" without the 'inflexibility' of the original script, so that has me most intrigued.
