I bought one very similar a while back, but slightly less elaborate; same manufacturer though. I ended up replacing the chest rest for a bigger, DIY PVC one. 3D printed a dildo holder for head end. And attached a Hismith Premium at the business end. More pics and my full review here. My only regret is that it's not very expandable - I'm looking next into something custom using 25mm tubes, the same as fucking machines use, so it'll be compatible from the start rather than needing square to tube adaptors.
