Semen is naturally alkaline & bitter to protect the sperm within the acidic vaginal fluids. Minerals/salts build up and become noticeable if you do not drink enough (natural) fluids. You can change this by including more natural fructose (sweet/tangy), citric acids (against bitterness) and washing out excess salts/minerals by drinking enough water.
Dos: (it can take 4-7 days for this to have a positive effect)
Drink water! Humans should drink around 10 glasses of clear water minimum a day, most don’t. It flushes excess minerals/salts out of the body which otherwise build up (and very noticeably in cum).
Drink fresh/pressed fruit juice - not juice with “real artificial flavoring” and normally a ton of processed sugar/sweeteners. Pineapple is especially nice, but also apple juice/cider, citrus orange/grapefruit or other more exotic juices which are slightly acidic. Cranberry juice - although it has sugar - also adds a nice note and helps balance the PH levels. Peppermint tea, or even some normal tea with honey.
Eat lots of fresh fruit: Melons, apples, oranges, plumbs, kiwis, grapes, blue/rasp/black/straw-berries etc …
Many fresh vegetables are good, sweet peas, corn aka maize, celery.
Light spices like parsley, lemon grass, lemon juice etc. Cinnamon is also really nice!
Don’ts:
Avoid asparagus! and high sulfur veg like [Brussel] sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, sometimes broccoli.
Avoid using a lot of salt or eating salty chips/crisps, fast-food, most processed food, fries and other oily/fatty foods.
Excessive amounts of coffee can cause bitterness.
Red meat is often said to make it more salty, but I think that has more to do with the salt added or sauces and amount of fat/oils used. I don’t eat a lot of red meat, but never noticed a difference when I have (I don’t add a lot of salt).
Anything you can smell on your skin will be noticeable, food like strong smelling cheese and spices that smell strongly like garlic, onions etc.
You don’t have to turn into a heath food nut, enough of the Dos & moderation of the Don’ts is key.
MENTAL BARRIERS:
If removing the taste issues is not enough, and you are struggling with invasive social biases, you can try this via a reward/punishment regime:
You can do this with whatever audio/visual means tickles your fancy.
Get two small containers (for example small tupperware or empty plastic pill containers) with a lid. Always clean & rinse the emptied one afterwards.
For 14 days commit to the following (1 day = a day where you cum, if you don’t cum on a given day, then it does not count as a day, no penalty for such a day)
Cum normally the first time and save your cum in one of the containers.
Keep it in the fridge (short term) or freezer (if more than 24 hours).
The next time you wish to cum, pour it in your mouth (thaw first) once you are excited and hold it there. Swallow *while* you are cumming & save the next load in the other container.
Repeat every time you cum.
Specials: (without triggering the penalty)
For day 7 you can collect a couple/few loads before swallowing and try that.
For day 14 you can collect 5/several loads for a more intensive experience.
Penalties:
If you cum without following the above, then
- The day counter gets reset back to day one every time!
- The first time no touching for 24 hours (enforce with a chastity cage if you have one!)
- The second time 48 hours (so the 24 above + another 24 hours on top)
- The third time 72 hours … etc - this counter never resets and is incremented by 24 hours until the 14 consecutive cum days have been completed.
After the 14 days you shouldn’t have any issues eating your cum and may even find it quite arousing 😁
