So I want to restart BS and with all those new Offers - what is the today's best way to get into trance + Install the sleep trigger.

Of course, this is all somewhat individual, but maybe you have some file/procedure in mind which was very potent for you.

I found the bubble stuff pretty good back then, but it really was the only option regarding Bambi.

Same as always - it's individual! 😉

You have to try all styles by yourself to feel what works better for you.

Here's an example. With the abundance of new high quality AI voices - they do nothing to me. But old robotic Catgirl, or the first reasonable Ivy or Sally, or even noisy rusty EMG work amazingly good. Again - for me!

I see.. and I actually agree. I took a short look into the new files and I prefer the slower responses.. Also, don't know if it's intentional or a glitch, but the deepest trigger I still have from BS is the old voice saying pup -pet with this short split in the middle or the blowing noise at some parts. Similar with Samantha. It's the "and you love it" or "contentment" which sends me deeeeeeeeeep.

From what I understand, the new files trying to make a where practical uses of the files are attempted. Where users are put to actually do physical actions and movements. Where different actions are tried out. I expect the next 3 files will go down the same path.

I've been lurking on the LikeRa forums for a while now, mostly reading self-bondage threads and admiring the scenario ideas.
Recently stumbled on this thread and took some time reading through most of the history.

As a side note, I tried out bambisleep.chat and think it has potential 😊 the responses are still a little lethargic for me to drive a session off of it, but I like the idea.


I recently stumbled back into BS as seems to be the one consistent thing for most who've come across it. Through events I can't quite recall I finally took the plunge on obtaining a chastity cage, and that eventually made me think of trying the files again.
Signing up on Bambi Cloud, I worked through the 10 day program. After that I discovered the platinum puppets files. The main voice resonates with me and turns me on, I know that's a controversial opinion here 😋
Since I'm working from home most days, I dress up in uniform and listen to different playlists most days for the last two weeks.

Throughout the years of listening to the files off and on, I didn't feel like they had any profound effects that were in-line with the triggers.
Obviously they work in making you addicted to them. And they have probably contributed to my consumption of sissy hypno porn in general. My pre-existing crossdressing fetish has also been heightened a bit and I dress up more often now.
However the forced trance triggers or uniform lock triggers don't seem to work (yet).

I've had some breakthrough sessions during this recent relapse which I can expand on if anyone is interested in another post.
Chastity has made the current run more interesting simply because it has broken the goon cycle that sissy hypno was to me in the past.

Anyway, just wanted to finally say hello and throw some of my experiences in here.

What would happen if someone hadn't ever started vaping (like myself), the new connection would be insanely addictive I can imagine (maybe even a good chunk of Reddit lurkers there would also be new to smoke/vaping/nicotine-surprise people haven't brought it up more often TBF).

Bambi Vape Addiction Experiment - Update #1

I made a post about two weeks ago talking about the experiment I was starting, incorporating vaping into my training regime. Several of you messaged me expressing interest in this and asking for an update, and I'm happy to share the progress so far!

Look, this is a personal thing I'm doing for the sake of science and my own warped pleasure. This is obviously a really bad idea, and this post is not meant to condone this practice at all. If you should decide you want to copy my method and do this yourself, I would highly advise you talk to a doctor or mental health professional first. Be safe, and don't sue me!

The idea has been a reoccurring one for me for some time now. I'm not the most conditioned when it comes to these files, but I have dabbled in them since the latter half of the last decade. During that time, I have experimented with some other substances (again, not condoning this), like THC, DXM, and alcohol. These events were more like one-off trials than something I did habitually. These are fairly unhealthy habits and I felt it was too detrimental to my mental health to continue them. (As far as the efficacy of each of these goes, that's worthy of a post in itself.)

But then you have nicotine: a highly addictive, legal and readily available chemical that, on its own, is reasonably safe to consume on a daily basis. And the insidious idea to incorporate this in my training as a regular thing kept popping into my mind, so I decided, what the hell?

I brought the conversation to my favorite AI model, and had a lengthy discussion about different kinds of psychological conditioning, and the best methods for associating one addictive action with another. It basically confirmed my theory that, if you were to only vape when using the files, and at no other time of day, your brain would eventually associate the pleasure and cravings for nicotine with pleasure and cravings for the files. Nicotine, being the little demon it is, causes a frequent "itch" that needs to be scratched. Thus, the experimenter should find themselves needing the files to scratch that itch as well, even some day when the nicotine is removed from the equation.

Now, there are various methods one might consider for the administration of this chemical. Some have brought up the idea of using a patch, and I understand the value in this as it will provide a continuous stream of nicotine while one is in trance, no need to move your arms to hit a vape. Ultimately, this is unsatisfactory for my purposes. The conditioning would be strongest, according to my understanding of the science, if you blast your brain with high doses of the chemical all at once while you're performing the other action you want to link it with.

What I can say at this point, is this is the only way I will be administering the nicotine. The obvious pitfall is you have to move your arms during trance, and this can break the trance for some, or in cases where you're instructed to be still and not move it can make it especially difficult. I'm currently playing around with ideas to make something of a mask that holds the vape at mouth level, and would allow for hands-free access to take a hit while under trance. Beyond that, a rig that could periodically administer the vapor through a gas mask or sorts would also be perfect, but this is something that's a bit beyond my technical ability to construct.

To answer the next obvious question: is it working? Yes. You better believe it. I had previously abstained from nicotine for about a full year before going into this, for some context.

The pleasure from GG commands is heightened under the influence of nicotine. The calming relaxation and my ability to drop deeper is also heightened. This is somewhat paradoxical to its nature as a stimulant, and I wonder if other people would react the same way, or if their minds would wander too much. I only have my own experience to recount, and this is how I experience it.

The association in my brain is aeady building. It can take up to 2-3 weeks to build a habit or an addiction, and I'm not quite there yet, but I can aeady feel myself craving to listen to the files more and more.

One can imagine, several months or even years of this practice would create lifelong associations of nicotine with BS hypnosis. The same way, people who drink coffee with their morning cigarette find just the act of drinking a coffee to trigger cravings to smoke. Any ex-smoker will tell you, the cravings for nicotine never really go away, they only fade in intensity. Imagine being totally, physically addicted to the files, like, forever. Any time you vape, smoke, or perhaps even see or smell the smoke and vapor from someone else, it might trigger those feelings to go blissfully deep into trance. 

In case I haven't stressed this point enough, allow me to beat a dead horse: it's a bad idea, Bambi. Only the most warped and lifestyle-dedicated listeners should even consider doing this. But to paraphrase the words of Ross Ulbricht, former owner of the Silk Road: I'm not your daddy, and adults should be free to be the masters of their own minds and bodies. Use discretion.

EDIT: I said nothing of the frequency of my sessions, so let me clarify that. At the start I was doing at least two sessions a day, multiple hours each. Though I did not keep good track of exactly how long, it was several hours a day. There was a short period a few days ago where I stopped for some health reasons, but some subtle cravings were still in the background of my mind. I have since continued daily sessions.

So, I just joined this Forum. Found about BS two days ago. This is strange as I listen to hypnosis for at least 10 years. Having said that, I find a lot of positive things all around this BS Files. I hope this Community is friendly and receive new people with open arms.
As I just want to ask some questions, I didn’t find anywhere. I mentioned that I knew about this 2 days ago, but since I had to stay at home these days, I didn't have much to do, and I was getting curious by the minute.

I read a LOT, and I mean, more than I ever read about all hypnofiles along these 10 years together. (Never thought I needed, really).
I am trying to approach this experience with respect for its powerful hypnosis. So. I found by chance about Like Ra’s.. All because I was devouring info about BS and I think it was Ra that said to read the script to get more comfy about it’s content. After that, I discovered this forum and joined to see if I can get even more info.

One thing that I was not able to do is make my own list using the Cloud site. I can edit inside a playlist, but can’t create a full list with files from different playlists. As Ra’s suggested for example: Beginners could start with 1-2-3- Slumber -10 (I can’t create this, actually I don’t know how, It is probably possible as the site is insanely good).
