I've never get on with the strictly IQ related files but....the rest of the files have me feeling sharper for a few days after. Maybe just the meditative quality gives my brain a rest which is good for it. I often feel much refreshed, creative and a new sense of ingenuity in whatever I am doing. That's my 2 cents.
