I wonder why.

Didn't want to start a discussion about gun, politics, religious,...

Very simple, there are other methods of restraining people completely. Eg a mild sedative. Or restraints that leave some room for mobility (more commonly used) because total lack of mobility leads to cramps (and more, read further). As bondage-lovers you all know that 😊
Total immobilty for a kid (who in this part is the non-consent partner) induces fear, it lacks total control of the situation and suddenly it got worse: the kid lost total control over their own body (exept nr1 & nr2, expect those to happen...)
The stories about bondage where we lose total control is fiction. For kids in these medical institutions it is reality.

The restraints above look quite gentle. OTOH, it always depends on what's needed. E.g. trying to sew up a wound if someone is violently thrusting inside even severe restraints is far from easy. Soft, loose restraints should be enough to calm a panic attack or to prevent hurting themselves. See also http://www.likera.com/blog/wp/archives/8806
This is so funny. Though I suspect some people actually believe this stuff

Yeah, seen that 😉 Was going to make a separate post, but as always had no time 😁
Well, Fappy the anti masturbation dolphin is not with us anymore, but strangely enough, the anti masturbation rhetoric is a bit of a turn on to me LOL
