The prices do differ. And can be very low. For example,

o- and more fetishy "womens" swimsuit also 59€ - http://www.likera.com/eq/latex/swimsuit-neopren-3.php (hey, it's 3 times more expensive than the surf-suit I use almost everyday for jogging!)
