It's not difficult. I just don't have any interest in hypnos other than that. Maybe increase good feelings or something like that, but I'm not interested in developing a tulpa or much erotic hypnosis.

Another simple idea - all individual hairs should disappear from the body and face and appear on the scalp and in brows/eyelashes (with a twist, of course). I checked some research papers on alopecia (areata or universalis) and using hypnosis to cure it - it works, provided it caused by psychosomatics. What means, that "the body" and "mind" can regulate hair growth.
"The twist" is in the necessity to cover the hairless skin in something silky, transparent and tight 😋

Another one. Make the listener wear pantyhose with a tight water-polo swimsuit or leotard with a zip. As soon and the suit is zipped up, the zip disappears for the listener. The listener either can not find the zip to take the suit off, or the slider becomes "locked". In order to take it off the listener has to either sleep or do something.
What should the listener do to be able to take the swimsuit and pantyhose off? What will the punishment for trying to remove too early? Additional time? Additional unremovable items?

Here’s one...in addition to giving the subject new memories , new name, new personality, etc, have a trigger where they must pee sitting down , certain things they have to do when she sees herself in the mirror, things like that. The more post hypnotic suggestions the better

For me, what I truly want is so oddly specific (being made to be like this one chick I used to see in passing) that it wouldn’t be something necessarily a wide audience would want , and I’d never be able to afford a custom file by anybody good. So it’s like why waste my time going into specifics. So I’m trying to learn so I can make my own for myself.
