The material is very stretchy and there is XXL size
M 155-165cm 45-60kg
L 160-170cm 50-70kg

This store listed it in up to a 3XL so I decided to roll the dice. I’m not a small person so I’m not getting my hopes too high, but I’ve had some Asian 2XL items fit so I figured it’s worth the risk.

I received my three items today.
A sleeveless jumpsuit (2XL)
A long sleeved full body tights, backzip (3XL)
A one piece swimsuit, longsleeved, with front zip (3XL)
All three fit very well indeed - I, too, am on the large side. The quality of lycra is the same as leohex glossy swimsuits. Should last for a long time.

Would you mind sharing your measurements or, if you're uncomfortable doing so, provide your best estimate how well they would fit someone like me?
I'm ~195 cm, 115 kg. ~107 cm waist and hip.
Most of the time, I have problems with the garment's length from crotch to neck. Can't fix that with shapewear or dieting.
The girth from nape of the neck (back) through crotch and up to nape of the neck (front) is 184 cm,
from shoulder bone to crotch and back around is 198 cm.

You are a 20cm taller, 12kg heavier but your waist is 5cm smaller.
I too have a long torso and spine - probably that part would be fine - but if you have long legs, you might find the tights a little short - they were fine for me as I have short legs. In fact these tights fitted my legs a lot better than some brands without the wrinkles around the hips.
Not as stretchy as some, but they do feel wonderful.
I'd try the swimsuits first and maybe pick up the largest sized tights if you like the feel of them.

I am 1m80 and 79 kilo's. I ordered the XXL which is the right size according to their table. I can get it on. It is a tight fit. Closing the zipper is not easy. Goes better with some help.

Zip is quite short. Mid back at best.
You have to make sure it's well pulled together before using the slider.
All in all very happy
You can wear it backwards. I'm not good with Back zips!!!
