It doesn't have a strap going around the back so it wouldn't stop you from raising your arms up in front of you. It's an interesting design though. Maybe it would be a nice template for an actual leather harness that's separate from the leotard but it would still need a way to bind the wrists otherwise what's the point?

Actually it's not about the race leotard, but more about the layers of pantyhose worn underneath. The fishnets her are worn correctly with shiny pantyhose!
